The Insurance Aging Report helps you track outstanding balances from insurance payers. This report can be filtered by Clinician and Sequence to focus on specific details and can be exported as a spreadsheet. Clicking on any reported balance in blue will provide you with additional details on the dates of services that make up that amount.

The Insurance Aging Report includes two filters to help narrow down your results: the Sequence Filter and the Clinician Filter.
Clinician Filter
This enables you to view aging data specific to a particular clinician, or for your entire practice. This is especially helpful if you want to:
- Review performance by individual clinicians
- Focus on claims associated with a specific clinician
Sequence Filter
This allows you to control which types of claims appear in the report:
- Any Sequence: Displays both primary and secondary claims.
- Primary: Shows only claims billed to primary insurance.
- Secondary: Shows only claims billed to secondary insurance.
Once you have adjusted the filters, select Create Report.
To learn more about the balance totals, click on the total displayed on the right side of the chart in blue. This will show the patient, service type, primary payer, and more details.
Exporting Spreadsheet/Save or Print as a PDF
You have two options to export your report. In the upper right corner of the report, you’ll notice an option to Export as a Spreadsheet or Save/Print as a PDF.
When selecting Export as a Spreadsheet or Save/Print as a PDF, the file will be available in your Downloads folder.
