Practices using ePrescribe can generate various type of reports, including audits, prescriptions, Meaningful Use Objectives, and more. Reports can be accessed from the patient’s eRx tab.
Clinical Reports
Click Patients > Patient Name > eRx tab
There are two Clinical Reports listed within the Patient Information section:
- Provider Report: Provides a list of the patient’s current and past medications, including dosage instructions along with start and stop dates. It also includes important clinical details such as allergies, diagnoses, pharmacy information, and your provider information. It is very useful when transferring the patient’s care to another provider
- Patient Clinical Report: Provides a log of the patient’s current medications, allergies, and problem list, making it easy to track what medications they’re taking and any related health concerns.
