The Allergies section of the eRx tab allows you to document, update, or remove a patient’s allergy information. Whether you're adding a new allergen, marking a patient as having no known drug allergies (NKDA), or modifying existing entries, it’s essential to keep this information up to date. This article outlines how to enter allergy details—including reactions, severity, and onset—as well as how to modify, deactivate, or delete allergies from the patient’s chart.
