If your practice provides service at more than one location, add those locations to TherapyNotes to make them available for scheduling. The location you select for each appointment determines what information is included on appointment reminders, billing forms, and claims.
Role Required: Practice Administrator
Edit Your Practice's Primary Location
- Click Settings > Practice Information and Locations.
- Under Practice Locations, click Edit next to the Primary location.
- If your practice has multiple locations, select the desired location from the Primary Location dropdown menu.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Add Additional Practice Locations
- Click Settings > Practice Information and Locations
- Click the + New Location button.
- Enter the relevant details for the new location.
- To add another location, click the + New Location button. To remove a location you've entered previously, click the Remove Location in the lower-right corner of the location information box.
- Reorder locations by dragging them.
- Click the Save Changes button.
