If your practice provides service at more than one location, add those locations to TherapyNotes to make them available for scheduling. The location you select for each appointment determines what information is included on appointment reminders, billing forms, and claims.
Role Required: Practice Administrator
Edit Your Practice's Main Location
Click Settings > Practice Information and Locations and edit the fields under Practice Information.
Add Additional Practice Locations
- Click Settings > Practice Information and Locations
- Select the Enable multiple location support checkbox.
- Click the + New Location button.
- Enter the relevant details for the new location.
- To add another location, click the + New Location button. To remove a location you've entered previously, click the X in the upper right corner of the location information box.
- To reorder locations, use the up/down arrows.
- Click the Save Changes button.
