CLAIM.MD provides and maintains a full list of supported payers who can receive electronic claims and/or send electronic remittance advice (ERA) through TherapyNotes. This list features details about each of the supported payers, including each payer's unique Payer ID used by CLAIM.MD to process claims.
Search All Payers Supported by Our Clearinghouse
- Click Payers > Payers Supported by Clearinghouse (in the bottom right corner of the page) to view all supported payers.
- To search supported payers, enter a Payer Name or ID in the Name or ID field, and/or choose a payer state from the Payer State dropdown.
- Click the Search Payers button.
A list of payers that match your search criteria will be generated. If desired, click the column headers to sort. Click the Payer Name header to sort in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order. Click the Claims, ERA, or RTE headers to sort so that payers with the service supported are placed at the top (or bottom) of the list.
Below are additional details about each of the table columns on this page.
- Payer Name: The name of the payer as on record with Claim.MD.
- State: The location of the payer, if coverage is limited by state.
- Claims: Indicates if a payer can receive electronic claims through TherapyNotes. A green checkmark indicates the payer accepts electronic claims and no enrollment is required. A white checkmark indicates the payer accepts electronic claims but enrollment is required. A circle with a line through it indicates electronic claims are not accepted but paper claims may be supported.
- ERA: Indicates whether the payer can send electronic remittance advice through TherapyNotes. A green checkmark indicates the payer can send ERA and no enrollment is required. A white checkmark indicates the payer can send ERA but enrollment is required. A circle with a line through it indicates this payer cannot send ERA through TherapyNotes.
- RTE: Indicates whether real time eligibility services are available to check insurance eligibility and benefits for existing or prospective clients through TherapyNotes. A green checkmark indicates RTE is available for the payer and no enrollment is required. A white checkmark indicates RTE is available but enrollment is required. A circle with a line through it indicates RTE is not available for the payer through TherapyNotes.
