There may be a time where TherapyNotes may not be loading correctly. In this case please try entering https://www.therapynotes.com/clear into your browser and pressing enter. This will clear your browser storage. Return to www.therapynotes.com, then manually enter your Practice Code, User Name and Password to log in.
If this does not work, please take a screenshot by pressing the print screen button on your keypad, save, and forward to us. If you are using a PC you can try using the "Snipping Tool" to take a screenshot.
