Will doing these two things automatically result in making the patient inactive? Does it happen immediately?

    George,

You are correct. Once you have deleted the future appointments, as soon as you electronically sign and save the termination note the patient becomes inactive.

    Kristina,

Please make an appointment for the patient and this will bring them back to active status. To find the patient who is inactive please go to patients and change the filter to inactive. If you have any questions please contact support at 215-658-4550 or via email at support@therapynotes.com

    Valerie,

If you do not schedule an appointment for the patient for three months, the patient will automatically become inactive. You can also complete the termination note by entering NA into the diagnosis field. If you have any questions, please contact our Support Team at 215-658-4550 or by email at Support@TherapyNotes.com. Thank you.
