The address under User Icon > Settings > "Practice Information" serves as the default practice location in TherapyNotes. To add additional locations, do the following:
Click the User Icon.
From the User Icon Options select “Settings”.
Under “Scheduling” click “Multiple Practice Locations”. Click the blue “+Add Location” button. Fill out the location name, practice name, address, practice NPI, place-of-service code, and taxonomy code. Click the green “Save Changes” button.
To delete a practice location, navigate to the “Multiple Practice Locations” screen. Click the gray “X” in the upper right of the location box. Click the green “Save Changes” button in the bottom left.
Note: When scheduling an appointment make sure to select the correct practice location from the “Location” drop down box.
