Multiple Practice Locations

If your practice provides service at more than one location, add those locations to TherapyNotes to make them available for scheduling. The location you select for each appointment determines what information is included on appointment reminders, billing forms, and claims.

Role Required: Practice Administrator

Edit Your Practice's Main Location

Click the User Icon > Settings > Practice Information and edit the fields under Business Information.

Add Additional Practice Locations

  • Click the User Icon > Settings > Multiple Practice Locations (under Scheduling)
  • Select the Enable multiple location support checkbox.
  • Click the + Add Location button.

  • Enter the relevant details for the new location.
  • To add another location, click the + Add Location button. To remove a location you've entered previously, click the X in the upper right corner of the location information box.
  • Click the Save Changes button.
