TherapyNotes Subscription Payment Options

TherapyNotes gives you the choice to pay by check or by credit or debit card. You can easily select or change your payment method, as well as view your monthly invoices, from the Settings page.

Select a Payment Method for your TherapyNotes Account


Click the User Icon > Settings > TherapyNotes Subscription (under Account and Access) > Select/Change Payment Method (under Subscription Details and Pricing. 

When you click the Select/Change Payment Method link, a Payment Information box will generate. From here you can select your payment method.

Pay Your Subscription with a Credit or Debit Card


Select the Pay By Credit or Debit Card checkbox in the Payment Information box. A Credit/Debit Card Details box will generate. Enter the name on the card, card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and phone number. Click the Save New Payment Method button. 

Note: TherapyNotes automatically deducts the monthly subscription fee and accrued charges (electronic claims, electronic-by-paper claims, and text/voice appointment reminders) on the designated renewal date.

Pay Your Subscription by Check


On the Payment Information box described above, select the Pay By Check checkbox. Click the Save New Payment Method button.

Make the check payable to "TherapyNotes, LLC" and mail to:

Note: TherapyNotes charges the monthly subscription fee and accrued charges (electronic claims, electronic-by-paper claims, and text/voice appointment reminders) one month in advance.   

View Monthly Invoices


Click the User Icon > Settings > TherapyNotes Subscription. Itemized invoices are located under the Billing History section. To view, save, or print the invoice, click the printer icon in the upper right of the item.
