Revenue Report

The Revenue Report includes details on the revenue generated from insurance and patient payments based on custom filter options, like clinician, patient, service and more. Clicking on any reported balance shown in blue will provide you with additional information on the payments that make up the revenue.

Accessing the Revenue Report

There are a few ways to access the Revenue Report.

Navigate to the Billing tab > More Reports > Revenue Report.

Navigate to the Staff tab > Billing > Revenue Report

Note: When you access the Revenue Report from the Staff tab, the report will automatically filter to display data for the selected clinician.

Navigate to the Payers tab > Billing > More Reports > Revenue Report

Note: When you access the Revenue Report from the Payers tab, the report will automatically filter by the payer associated with the payment method.

To Create a Report

Generate a revenue report by selecting the information to include and the report format to use.

Note: Dates reflect the date the payment was received, not the date of service.

You can filter by clinician, bill or service , payment method, location, and date. Additionally, you can customize the report format by clinician, service type, payer/method, patient, location, and time increments. Choose the chart option that best suits your needs.

To generate a report, click Create Report.

For this example, a revenue report was generated with all clinicians and by payment method, including payers and other payment types.

Note: When you select a value on the report, you'll see a breakdown of the payments contributing to the revenue.

Exporting Spreadsheet/Save or Print as a PDF

You have two options to export your report. In the upper right corner of the report, you’ll notice an option to Export as a Spreadsheet or Save/Print as a PDF.

When selecting Export as a Spreadsheet or Save/Print as a PDF, the file will be available in your download folder.
